SHIPPING AND MINIMUM ORDER
Shipping and minimum order
The cost for shipping is € 5.00 for orders less than € 29.00, no shipping cost will be applied above € 30.00. The delivery of the products will be commissioned to third party carriers. From the verification of payment, deliveries, except for unforeseen events independent of the will of the Company and its partners, will take place approximately within 2/3 days of the carrier taking charge. In any case, delivery times may not exceed 30 days from receipt of the order, unless otherwise specifically agreed. The Company, from the moment of delivery to the carrier, no longer assumes responsibility for the loss or damage of things, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, just as the Company will not be responsible for any deterioration or damage subsequent to delivery to the customer, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence. The Company will communicate to the carrier the data provided by the Client
in the order, will therefore not be responsible for errors or inaccuracies.
For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his/her representative is required
to the address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the delivery note.
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even
in materials such as adhesive tape or plastic straps.
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or mismatch in the number of packages
or indications must be immediately contested, with a specific note
on the courier’s delivery receipt. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
Products purchased on the site can be delivered throughout Italy and islands. When it comes to
national shipments in the territory of S. Marino, Vatican City, Campione d ‘Italia and Livigno, the receiver of the goods is responsible for the payment of the taxes and customs duties provided for by the regulations in force in the territory of destination of the goods.
